I'm Jenny
Melbourne based wedding and elopement photographer. A bubbly, fearless, hilarious, Scottish lass. Gin lover, foodie, plant mother, wife, mini human mama with a slight obsession for hats and furry creatures! I photograph real moments, the ones that hit you right in the feels! That's what I'm here to capture.

I work between Scotland and Melbourne (I know big communte!!) I get to see my family in Aberdeen (go the dons who won the premiership!!!)
I adore weddings, laughter, family dance offs, capturing real moments, the ones that hit you right in the feels! That's what I'm here to capture. No posed awkwardness or stiff grins just you, the two of you and your unique story. Step inside Melbourne's Liminal Wonderland and have a sneak peek into what I do. I love to capture all those in-between moments, and I'll capture shots you didn't even know you wanted! I often photograph with music in my head as if your day is playing out life an old classic black and white movie. I adore those small special details that you put there just for you, like a secret tattoo you both got, a little bird printed on the invitation that only you two know about. Maybe you have words embroidered inside your dress, a penny in your shoe.
Do you want to elope somewhere still and quiet, where you can hear the wind whistling through the trees, do you want the big wedding with everyone that you love to celebrate both of you, and capture the laughter and noise and celebration. Whatever you journey, whatever the path, I want to tell your story. The big moments, the quiet moments the beautiful in-between.

Jenny’s work is exceptional! Jenny made everything so easy and we loved that we got to catch up over a wine for our first meeting. The wedding planning became so much easier once Jenny was on board as she could really provide guidance on structure and timeline of the day. On the day itself, Jenny was heaps of fun whilst still helping me keep my head together and even helped me pin my train to my dress after we had a button blowout! We highly recommend Jenny, she was a great resource and guidance during planning, very reliable and helped make the day relaxed and fun. The photos are amazing and it was so fun to go through them all after the wedding.

Jenny took care to get to know both myself and my now husband and made sure everything catered to our wishes for our special day.
We had a tiny, little wedding and Jenny quickly got to know all of our guests and made everyone feel really comfortable having their picture taken. She seriously felt like part of the family and even willingly suffered through sitting next to our fluffy, drooly, overheating ring-bearer in the backseat whilst we returned from our couple photos in the park.
In the days and weeks after the wedding, we had endless comments from our guests about how comfortable she made them feel and how well she captured the day for us ~ and we couldn't agree more!
